  1. Look back at some of your previous attempts.you might see a very familiar pattern and maybe it will help you stay the path.
    Sleeping issues are common.
    It’s just that you are aware you are awake, instead of passing out and then waking in the night.
    Take magnesium citrate fore bed. It helps, a lot.
    Or any other natural sleep aid.
    It will pass if you stay away from the booze.
