I am so very proud of you! I see the difference in your thought processes. The thought of a drink entered your mind, how it would feel...but now you continued to think through how it would negatively impact you. Bravo! <br /><br />I also agree about the healing part. I wasn't sure how much my body would repair and if my brain chemistry would eventually normalize. It did. No permanent damage. I'm physically back to where is was before my journey with alcohol.
